Soldier dies in his barracks room, noone knows.

This soldier died in his barracks room on September 21, 2007, which was a Friday. Autopsy results suggest that he may have been unconscious from up to two days prior to death, which means he was unaccounted for on the previous Wednesday. Yet his leadership were reporting that they had 100% accountability to their chain of command for TWO DAYS while this soldier was quietly dieing in his room.
